Thomas F. Bagley III, CIC

President

Tom is a Certified Insurance Counselor with over 30 years of insurance experience, and serves as a trusted insurance resource for both families and businesses throughout the region.

As a homeowner and father with two teenage drivers, Tom understands the risks that families face. Tom can help you design an insurance program that protects your family against financial loss due to an accident or loss.

As a business owner, Tom understands the needs and concerns of other business owners. Tom recognizes that small business owners often have to perform many different tasks - including purchasing insurance to protect the business and its employees. By developing a close working relationship with his business customers, Tom has become a valued resource in helping businesses reduce risk and control insurance costs. In particular, Tom has developed specialized knowledge in the insurance needs of Condominium Associations, Property Managers, Developers, and Manufacturing.

As a valued member of the community, Tom has enthusiastically assisted many local organizations in leadership positions including The Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts, The United Way of North Central Massachusetts, Nashua Valley Council Boy Scouts of America, HealthAlliance Hospital, Montachusett Regional YMCA and the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce.

Richard Bagley, CIC

Executive VP

Rich is Executive Vice President at ABM and a Certified Insurance Counselor with over 15 years in the insurance industry. He specializes in restaurant, manufacturing, car dealers, and auto repair shop insurance. Prior to joining ABM in 2003, Rich was an Account Executive with Universal Underwriters Insurance Company in Connecticut. Rich oversees the day-to-day Personal and Business Insurance operations at ABM while also directly managing client accounts.

As an active member of the community, Rich has served on many volunteer and non-profit boards including the United Way Chairman's Advisory Committee, Community Health Connections Advisory Board & Nashua Valley Boy Scouts of America. Rich is an avid sports fan and golfer and has a passion for coaching youth sports. He lives in Westminster with his wife Colleen and two beautiful children, Jack and Lauren.

Celeste Bourgault, CIC

Vice President

Celeste has been with ABM for over 30 years. She is a licensed property casualty insurance agent with a Certified Insurance Counselor designation. She assists clients with both their personal and business insurance needs and manages the Westminster and Princeton offices. Outside of the office Celeste is involved in volunteer work at her church in Ashburnham and enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Maureen Cronin, CISR Elite, CPIA

Assistant Vice President

Maureen manages our Leominster office and is a licensed Insurance Broker, Notary Public, Certified Insurance Service Representative Elite (CISR Elite) and Certified Personal Insurance Agent (CPIA). Maureen specializes in the quoting and placement of new personal insurance accounts. She has helped over 1000 customers purchase the right insurance protection while also reducing her customer's premiums significantly. She has been in the insurance business since 2000 and with ABM since 2008.

Bernice Morrill

Assistant Manager

Bernie is a licensed agent and account manager at our Gardner office who has been with ABM for over 25 years. Bernice supervises customer service while also working with both business and personal insurance customers. Many business' and families rely on Bernice as a trusted insurance advisor and distinguishes herself by always going the extra mile for her customers.

Lisa Porter

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Lisa joined ABM from the Judy A. Mendolusky Insurance Agency in 2016. She brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance business and is a licensed insurance broker. She specializes in personal insurance and considers every customer her number one priority. Outside of the office Lisa loves spending time with family and friends.

Jay Cronin

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Jay Cronin has a Property and Casualty Producer's License and is a Customer Service Representative in our Princeton office. Jay joined ABM in 2009 and has been in the insurance industry for 15 years. He is an avid history buff and enjoys the game of golf.

Debra Goguen

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Deb has been with ABM since 2005. Her friendly smile greets you the moment you walk in the door and is always available to her customers. Deb handles personal lines, claim reporting , and Registry of Motor Vehicles procedures. Her spare time is spent walking, solving puzzles, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Sheila Ladeau, CISR Elite

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Sheila has been with ABM for 20 years and is a licensed agent and Personal Lines Account Specialist with a CISR Elite designation. Sheila's focus is complex personal insurance accounts, working with customers who own multiple properties and vehicles. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Karen Lashua

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Karen has been a Customer Service Representative with ABM since 1997. She specializes in assisting new personal insurance customers while also providing dedicated service to existing customers. Her personal interests include running, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Joyce Rowland

Claims Specialist

Joyce has been with Anderson, Bagley & Mayo for over 40 years. Joyce takes great pride in assisting our clients when they need us most - when they have a claim. She enjoys spending time with her 7 grandchildren, working out with friends, early morning walks and a good James Patterson mystery.

Jayne Farrar, CISR Elite

Executive Assistant

Jayne is a Leominster native and Executive Assistant to Tom Bagley. She has been with ABM for over 35 years and carries a Property & Casualty license as well as a CISR designation. Jayne is one of the most knowledgeable personal insurance professionals in the region with a wide range of expertise on all types of personal insurance. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Christine Miller

Receptionist

Christine joined ABM in 2017. New to the insurance world but adept at customer service, Christine is committed to helping and directing clients in the best way possible and always with a smile. She loves spending time with her three children, shopping/lunch dates with her Nana, and volunteering at a local animal shelter.

Kathleen Romano

Customer Service Assistant

Kathleen has been serving as a Customer Service Assistant since 2007. She helps customers with automobile registration, and billing questions and payments. Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and her hobbies include photography and collage making.
