Tony is a Vice President of Personal Lines at ABM. He previously owned his own independent insurance agency and joined us in 1992. He oversees The Insurance Place office in Gardner and brings over 50 years of experience in the insurance field. He is a licensed Insurance Agent and Real Estate Agent. He also maintains an MRA Appraisal Designation (Certified Member Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers). Tony is a dog lover and avid Boston Red Sox fan.

Bernie is a licensed agent and manages our Gardner office. She has been with us for 30 years and oversees both Personal and Commercial Lines operations. She has distinguished herself over the years by always going the extra mile for her customers.

Karen has been a Customer Service Representative with The Insurance Place since 1997. She specializes in new business placement while also providing service and marketing support. Her personal interests include exercise and nutrition, cooking and spending quality time her children ages 10 and 7, before they grow up too fast.
